By accessing or using the Guardian Logistics API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Guardian Logistics provides freight route prediction estimates via a REST API. The Service uses machine learning models trained on historical truck travel data, combined with real-time weather, traffic, and incident data, to estimate delivery times for commercial freight vehicles.
You may use the Service for lawful commercial purposes including freight route planning, fleet dispatch, delivery time estimation, and logistics optimization. You may NOT:
Guardian predictions are estimates only. They should not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. Actual travel times may vary due to factors including but not limited to: weather changes, accidents, road closures, driver behavior, vehicle condition, facility delays, regulatory changes, and other unforeseeable events.
You are responsible for verifying predictions against your own operational data and using professional judgment in all dispatch and routing decisions.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUARDIAN LOGISTICS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
